Cottage Rentals
Please note that cottages are only rented to one 'family unit'....maximum 4 people in a 2-bedroom cottage and maximum 6 people in a 3-bedroom cottage. (A 'family unit' is defined as no more than 2 adults plus children. Additional adults are subject to a surcharge with approval from management.)
No extra people allowed to stay overnight inside the cottage without permission from management.
Please bring your own bedding, linens and towels.
Included with the cottage (fridge, stove, barbecue, fire pit, picnic table)
Internet and WiFi are not available.
No air conditioning.
Pets are not allowed in the cottages.
A security deposit of $150.00 plus HST is required to hold your cottage for weekend rentals.
A security deposit of $375.00 plus HST is required to hold your cottage for weekly rentals.
Note: Weekend rentals subject to last minute availability only. (Call 10 days prior to the desired weekend.)
Check-out time 11 am - Check-in time 3pm (To allow time for cottage cleaning and grass cutting.)
Management reserves the right to terminate the rental at any time.
